Haizzz...The days in CRMCC1 were very stressful and tiring... Even though I have only been in CRMCC1 for only 4 torturing days, I am very scared of it liao.... Everyday in there was like fighting a war... By the way, I am handling inbound calls for coach bookings to KL for KenAir...
